The figures on the Strategy page show our 10 year plan, with extensive market research conducted into daily/weekly rates for similar businesses and averages for cost items. To ensure the figures had some level of professional oversight they have been scrutinised by two corporate CFOs and a commercial accountant. We're happy to take questions and be challenged on any part of the figures presented to you.
We'd be nervous about trying to convince anyone to invest. We want anyone investing or wanting to be part of Reviva to be entirely comfortable with their involvement, so we're happy to be questioned, scrutinised, interviewed, etc. about any part of the project.
At this stage we're looking to connect with anyone who might have an immediate or future interest in Reviva. If you don't see yourself as an investor maybe you know someone else who might be interested in investing, or perhaps someone who would be a great partner in future, or someone who would enjoy being part of a visiting group when we're open for business. The community concept is really important for us, we want to get to know the people who we can build Reviva with and we want you to get to know us.
When you make the decision to invest, it’s natural to seek comfort that the money you invest is safe. Whilst we have high levels of confidence that Reviva will be a success for all involved there is always a risk that things may not work out. To mitigate this risk we will execute the project with careful planning and professional advice, making decisions with the interests of the business and our investors in mind.
We've shared our property and facilities requirements with a number of architecture firms and property agents in Valencia to get an approximate sq/m size for the development and an approximate € cost per sq/m for the intended level of quality. A combination of these numbers plus a contingency fund gets us to the target investment amount.

The name Reviva has a broad meaning, the RE from retreat, reconnect, revive; the VI from vitality, and the Spanish words viva and vida; and the VA from Valencia. Reviva is also the Spanish word for Revive. The Reviva name has been used for the business concept and this may change for the actual business.
We will provide all investors and interested parties a monthly update with details of project funding achieved and further information as it becomes available. We aim to be as transparent as possible and will happily take ad-hoc or detailed questions at any time.
